To better support our growing segment of digital health projects, an in-house team of Subject Matter Experts supports our clients and projects in the specific challenges of developing digital services in the health and care sector. In addition to taking regulatory requirements and medical backgrounds into account, the focus is always on user-centricity.  As one of the first “multimedia” service providers in Germany, IBM iX Berlin GmbH had its working methods certified according to ISO 9001 as early as 1999. Since then, the focus of our work has been a permanent optimisation of our project processes in terms of efficiency and effectiveness as well as product quality with the aim of maximum customer satisfaction. Quality management is an integral part of the company’s policy, which permeates all areas of work as a fundamental requirement and determines the actions of all IBM iX Berlin GmbH employees.

IBM iX will be especially responsible for the WP3 Software Development, Testing and Integration.

As the software in which the AI model will be integrated is a key element of the project with interfaces into different work packages IBM iX will also be involved in certain elements of the Model-development, validation, integration and patient involvement/communication.
